Saturday, April 30, 2016 - Sémillon and Clairette in equal parts. Easy and correct, soft and juicy but fresh, lifted aromatics of flowers, herbs and candy, hint of minerals, very light bitters, decent length. Simple but pleasant. Wouldn't hurt a fly. In the bar at Le Mas de Pierre, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, France.
