Sunday, December 19, 2021 - My last 2015 and I'm sorry to see it go, this is drinking very nicely. Very pale, almost like water depending on what you hold it in front of. You have to work to pick up much of a nose but there's a lovely honeyed, fruity flavour with good acidity and reasonable length. All wine should age so well.
