Wednesday, April 5, 2023 - Hi acidity and Medium + body. Almost like a Riesling with a coating of Chardonnay. I'm on a GV kick at the moment, and this was a really good one. The wine had orange peel, apricot, and a little caramel. This wine has a long way to go, and may get better with more age.
