Monday, November 8, 2021 - This was consumed over three days, and showed its best on day 3. Lovely raspberry-scented nose with some floral and mineral accents. Pomegranate, cranberry and sour cherry flavors, bright acidity, lovely freshness and a medium-long tart finish. Needs time, but quite excellent with lots of air.
