Monday, March 25, 2024 - Upping my rating after several years of development and maturity. This is an exceptional bottle: darker yellow/gold color, leans towards the more acidic and vibrant profile (remarkable after 10 years), and finishes full, long and layered. More chamomile than beeswax, more lemon and pear than apricot. A wine to drink chilled, ideally with food, and good conversation afterward. Very well made, enjoy!
