Thursday, May 21, 2020 - This is still a very young wine in need to age to really come together. It isn't disjoint, exactly, but each facet seems on it's own. There are macerated cherries, mint, herbs and some spices. There is a savory, herbal earthiness that haunts the edges. I think this will end up being really superb one day. I'd say 6-8 years or so.
