Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Four hour decant. While still a bit tight, this started to open nicely and and reveal bright red fruits, grilled capsicum, earthy notes and some tobacco-like herbs. Fine acidity and minerality is accompanied with moderate tannins that are starting to resolve. Drink after a good decant or hold.
