Monday, October 29, 2018 - This was much better then the last bottle and it was drunk at 8K altitude (I’ve experienced some unusual tasting experiences in Mammoth Lakes). This was very good. I had it with a Buffalo Meatloaf with a peppercorn sauce and mashed potatoes and broccoli. Not sure if it was the combo, or what, but the meal (and it was Take out!!!) was amazing. The wine was rich, deep and went very well with the food. Wasn’t overly fruity and had some nice depth and texture.
