Sunday, December 18, 2022 - Really pretty, floral nose with notes of red cherry, barnyard, and blood orange. The palate has flavors of raspberry, red cherry, herbs, spices, and is light, yet complex with a structural backbone. There is noticeable effervescence on the palate that dissipated with a time in the glass. Long finish. A beautiful wine, perfect to drink right now, but will probably continue to evolve with time. 95+
