Sunday, February 26, 2017 - Pleasant! Lots of apple on the nose. A tish a residual sugar but good acid. Has touch of herbs on the pallet. Some hay and straw, maybe some sage or dill. The bubbles were relatively fine and even. Not a super complex wine but fun and interesting.
