Saturday, January 12, 2019 - Burgundy color with a unique mouth feel suggestive of dilute cola. Bouquet and flavor also unique with raspberry followed by rhubarb, and some dry brown sugar mixed with allspice. Quite nuanced with good balance and a fairly long finish. Very much in its own place compared with other Pinot Noirs. I will give it a wow.
