Sunday, October 15, 2023 - Chez Zim: pnp, at the beginning closed and very rigid, with air it opened a bit, but remained nevertheless rigid and tannic with a certain rusticity. It has not been my favorite of the evening. Repeats my impressions of the same wine tasted five years ago. A decant is imperative.
