Sunday, December 5, 2021 - Wow, this is amazing. There is a reason for all of the hype! Let me start by saying, there are so many tastes and aromas happening at the same time, it is hard to organize them. All at once there are thoughts of tangerine powder, citrus juices, tartness, bubble bum residue, stone fruits, sweet lime, citrus leaf, dried honey, orange blossom, caraway, cut fields, blue slate, granite, dusty loam. It has a most perfect texture, a lightness that is beguiling, touches of sweetness, but super fluid still. This is a great wine!
