Saturday, January 6, 2018 - First off, like many Bogle wines, is well made with whatever hodge podge of ingredients it started with. That being said, it has none of the typical features of pinot noir. Like many of the Bogle wines, is muddled fruit foward without any real unique character. Inclusion of pinot grapes from Clarksburg is interesting, as the climate and geography are not typically for pinot producing region. Its food friendly, and would pair it like a Zin rather than drink it alone.
