Saturday, January 28, 2023 - Initially some fairly strong coffee notes. Sweet fig, date, raisin and a touch of citrus fruit. Caramel and cocoa accents. Baking spices. Viscous. Long finish. Minimal tannins. After being opened 3 weeks in refrigerator morphed closer to a tawny port.
