Sunday, September 10, 2023 - A lovely complexity. Very dark color and syrupy texture. Dates, figues, dried raisins on the nose. Buckwheat honey, coffee and dark chocolate on the palate. Way too rich to drink a lot of but a small glass after a meal is very pleasant!
