Monday, December 25, 2023 - Nice to slow-roll this in small portions over a week. Ultra decadent, dried fruits, molasses, but with a striking acidity. This has to be the end of the night though, because the palate will be fatigued after this.
It's good with dessert but excellent with freshly cracked walnuts and some cheese.
