Thursday, March 11, 2010 - Deep amber color. I'm no sherry expert and it can be tough for me to pick out the nuances in such a sweet sticky wine, but I did love it. Raisinettes, caramel, toffee, burnt orange, semi-sweet chocolate. The most full body and a finish that lasted twenty minutes or more.
