Saturday, March 2, 2013 - The wine is totally brown colored in the body, like a Madeira; opaque. Similar to my last tasting almost two years ago. Aromas and flavors of caramel, dates, molasses, toffee, sweet plumbs, apricot, almond. Highly viscous - like motor oil, but tastes a whole lot better. Big, big, rich, highly concentrated and intense. Sweet decadence of Solera; grape alcohol added. A long, extended velvety and sweet finish.
