Friday, May 24, 2013 - Incredibly complex. Sweet of course, with toffee, raisins, etc., but also fresh with a bright mineral water note. A touch of earth on the nose. Viscous in the mouth. Almost overpoweringly sweet until the raw walnut aftertaste kicks in. Can't drink a lot of this but a small glass is beautiful.
