Saturday, February 9, 2008 - Perhaps this is downsiding a bit. Flavors of cream, cooked raisin, molasses but also a kind of nasty bug spray quality I do not remember from other bottles. Some type of aldehyde, ketone or other volatile that has taken up a bit of residence in the wine. I may have drunk it just a tad warm which would exacerbate volatile components (right out of a 55F cellar) but still, I thought it was not nearly as good as previous.
