Sunday, March 26, 2017 - The expressive nose offers notes of lime, bergamot, tangerine, white tea and spring water; there is also an intriguing herbal impression (thyme?). The palate is zingy-fresh with an impressive acid-mineral backbone. Some prickly SO2 on the finish, but not enough to spoil the experience. Bodes well for the future of this wine and the rest of JJ Prüm's 2015 output
