There are really intense citrus tones - pink grapefruit and kumquat - and these are joined by just-underripe pineapple, and strong floral notes. There was a little spritz on the palate initially, which dissipated with a bit of time in the bottle or a vigorous swirl or two in the glass. The real highlight here though is the killer acidity - this GH is just dripping with Mosel minerals - it's fully saturated! The requisit Prum funk is there too but this finishes clean and long. Unfortunately didn't last more than an hour. Would love to have followed it over a couple of days.
