Friday, June 23, 2017 - Tasted with the same Spatlese and Auslese before the Jason Mraz concert with Dave and Andrea and Brittany and Chris. Tart, acidic, Too young. Need more time to balance. Tart lemon, Apple peel. Racy but good. Surprisingly, within a half an hour the fruit died off to zero.
