Saturday, July 1, 2017 - Clear, very pale almost water like. Some effervescence immediately in the glass. Strong scent of candied lemon and lime with some tropical fruits nearing pineapple. Some gunpowder and wet rocks. Fairly light bodied, sweetened lemon and lime. Granny smith apples too. The acid coming on strong to balance the sweetness. Finish was medium plus with the acid leaving me wanting more sweetness, then sweetness wanting more acid. This Riesling delivers and finished the bottle way too quickly. Can't wait to see this evolve.
