Sunday, September 9, 2018 - Rosh Hashana dinner at Saul's in Berkeley with family and friends. Better than the version I had last year. Yellow in color with apples and citrus on the nose. Nice acidity in the mouth with flavors of white peach and honeydew. Actually went nicely with my gefilte fish. It appears to just be starting to come around and likely will have a number of years to go.
