Friday, October 20, 2017 - This was a superb bottle. This was like sticking your nose into the mane of a horse, just uncanny. Lots of earth, herbs, and leather too. Palette was still totally alive with enough backbone to stand up to some rich pork dishes. Easily the WOTN.
