Sunday, January 1, 2017 - Best Archery Summit Pinot I've had so far. Right from the start, you can tell that they've used whole cluster (57%) to make this wine; it has a very distinctive high quality vegetal nose and a very structured palate. Apparently, they've used a high percentage of Arcus in this Cuvée, according to the staff at the winery; not surprising due to the high quality/high volume of the 2014 vintage, they were able to experiment and produce this exciting cuvée.
