Wednesday, December 30, 2020 - Ripe exotic fruit on the nose. Think papaya and over ripe pineapple. Lees stood up as pastel de nata. Very textured and you have to appreciate the richness to enjoy it. I think the chenin is showing the ageing characteristics the most. Good wine, but I would suggest drinking up now.
