Sunday, July 3, 2016 - The wine looks violet colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like red currant, raspberry, strawberry, mint, Herbes de Provence, thyme, eucalyptus and stoniness. It tastes like red currant, raspberry, mineral, bark, Herbes de Provence, mint and lavender. The body is medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has high acidity.
