Saturday, September 11, 2021 - I would strongly that this wine be decanted before consumption to make the most out of it. The wine could be over powering otherwise. The nose was beautifully loud and expressive, a full dose of oak, floral notes and a hint of citrus. Beautifully weighted and balanced body, it had the richness and creaminess to carry the array of fruits - full of nectarines and peach - what a peach of a wine! And the finish is fleshy but linear, a wonderful Condrieu.

Not the heavy end but certainly, a Steely Dan style of Condrieu. Drink now or can last for another 7+ years easily.
