Tuesday, September 11, 2018 - Great aroma of raspberries, blackberries, cherries, strawberries, allspice, bay leaf, and a whiff of Brett. On the palate this combines syrupy fruits (red and black, former slightly more prominent, particularly raspberry and goji), rawhide, brown spice, dried leaves, earth, barnyard, and black pepper with lively acidity and powdery tannins. This is tasty, with some rusticity adding seasoning but not overpowering the plush bramble fruit.
