Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - Light golden. Pure perfumed aromas of pineapple. Medium weight, outstanding acidity and lift. Moderately sweet, elegant, pure, and beautiful progression across the palate. 1988 in Sauternes is my kind of vintage, never too heavy or gloppy.
