Wednesday, August 23, 2023 - Medium yellow. Some stone fruit on the nose. Medium weight, some glycerine. Just off dry stone fruit and a twist of the tropical with very good acidity and an excellent infusion of soil at the end. Better structured than last time but still only moderate intensity and drive. No secondary development yet.
