Wednesday, June 29, 2016 - Wednesday Cellar Visits in Burgundy - Paul Pernot, Grivot and Hudelot-Noellat (Cote d'Or): Barrel tasting at the domaine. 20% whole cluster for the entire lineup in 2015. Black and red cherry with a lush start, also a more textured finish. Long finish. This should be very good when young, and even better with cellar age.
