Friday, December 14, 2018 - Time for another Keller review. I'm still so amazed this producer and this Kabinett just hits the sweetspot on my palate. Food friendly wine and not overly sweet, but still with enough sweetness to notice and stand out. This is not a particular complex wine but every nuance of this wine just sits right. No "funky surprises" on the nose, the palate or even on the finish - it just stays exactly where you want it from start to finish. Pear, green apples and a little hint of honey melon and salt
