Thursday, May 21, 2015 - Consumed from magnum at Cut in Las Vegas. Color was borderline Amber with the slightest hue of rose. Nose was still suprisingly crisp and fresh, with toast, flora and rose and crisp stone. Effervescence was still strong indicating yourhfulness. The palate was mouthwatering, with nutty biscuit, berry, light oak and some yeasty toffee - definitely showing secondary notes as expected. I did not notice much strawberry as indicated in other notes. I can see this wine having time left, but no need to wait. The best champagne I can recall ever drinking.
