Tuesday, March 22, 2022 - Pop and pour. Notes from 2 hrs open. On the nose: rose hips, wild strawberry..floral and bright red fruit, with a suggestion of vegetal in the distance. On the palate: lovely acidity, some heat, mineral and chewable vitamin notes, a mix of vegetal and fruit, with some heat on the mineral, but tannic finish. This is good, but seems slightly disjointed now...sadly, my last btl.
