Tuesday, September 5, 2017 - Tight and a little thin on the open. Faint on the nose. Opened over about 30 minutes. Developed a richer flavor and went well with grilled steak.
The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis) and prune. It tastes like prune, blackberry, black currant (cassis) and cherry. The body is light/medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
