Thursday, March 17, 2011 - Ate Italian--veal chop, filet mignon and creamy pasta. First impression was great...a very refined napa taste...at least 94+ initially...compelling creamy nose, deep mids, excellent long finish. however as it breathed more, it evolved into an earthier very slight hint of musty forest floor flavors. Final sips did not impress as much. Maybe my expectations were too high. But overall, very enjoyable. Had a great time!
