Thursday, June 14, 2012 - dropped by B/Bs house and they warmed up some left over zachary's deep dish pizza and popped this baby; elegant plum with a smooth/full mouth feel; the match worked but not as well as a younger more rustic ridge geyserville zin always does. lowish tannin/acidity and only minor secondary flavors of tobacco/earth, so i wonder if this will age well; but it is fun to drink; thanks guys.
