Sunday, March 13, 2005 - Shafer Hillside Select Dinner (Manresa Restaurant, Los Gatos, California USA): Mid-weight palate with black fruit and good structure; not particularly ripe. Plush structure instead of big character and backbone of a more normal HSS vintage.
