Saturday, November 25, 2023 - Really good from Paul Hobbs, Katherine Lindsay estate. Age now nine years and this is the sweet spot. Enveloping mouth feel, velvet, smooth with tannins well integrated.
Raspberry and blueberry, stewed prunes, and rose petal flavor profile, Low residue and delicate nature, no heat on backend of palate. So good, wish I had more.
