Flinty reductive notes on the nose with crushed rocks and fresh apple slices. Nose does not show any signs of age. Really remarkable.
Full body, med acid, low tannin.
An absolutely pleasure to drink this. More fruit in the palate and some nice vanilla notes as well.
Outstanding and probably going to be in its prime for another 5-10 years.
