Thursday, May 7, 2015 - Monthly tasting club LTC 2015-03; France: Languedoc. (@ SO by PvE): Dark fruits and herbs and spices in the bouquet. On the palate juicy fruits, spiciness and some barnyard. Beautiful acidity and soft tannin. Completely ready now and still a few years to go. Beautiful 14 years old wine.
