Monday, December 1, 2014 - Weekly tasting group #145; Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2005 (@ VD): Not so many notes, but reading my previous note, that must have been an off bottle. The bottle we tasted tonight had beautiful red berry fruits and garrigue. Beautiful acidity and nicely mature with still enough power for a few more years. Drink over the next two to three years is probably a good idea.
