Sunday, July 17, 2005 - Very dark purple color.
Huge wine that has everything you might think of - liquer-like, jammy fruits,
licorice, spicy tannins, silky and never-ending finish. I'm writing this note on the next day
and still feeling it in my mouth. We had it over the dinner for 3+ hours and it never
lost a single touch. This is one of best Chateauneufs I've ever had.
