Thursday, August 26, 2021 - Deep garnet in color with bricking edges. Nose of blackberries, leather, and hint of Brett. Tastes of dried blackberries, tobacco, and hints of vanilla and menthol. Resolved tannins. Slightly past its peak. Drink now and over the next two years.
