Friday, March 31, 2017 - Nose is fairly explosive for being so young, large amounts of bacon, ham and tar. Palate has fresh tart fruit, cherry and raspberry, roasted meats, sweet spice, tar, licorice, squid ink, really extracted and silky palate with very good balance that hides the massive alcohol very well. One of the better regular Syrah's I've had since Atlantis. This is still VERY young, it's great now but I'd give it a few years like all SQN's. I was just curious.
