Tuesday, July 4, 2017 - I opened the bottle on Saturday morning and it was tight and young upon opening. I decanted it for 6 hours, put it back in the bottle and refrigerated it for 3 days. I aired it for 3 hours prior to drinking over dinner with pork ribs. The wine was so much better than when I first opened it. It was smooth and soooo good and easy to drink. It went great with my meal. I'll wait another 3 years before opening another bottle, but what a beauty.
